As preparations for the annual mailing for Trenton High School alumni weekend draws near, individuals and class representatives are being reminded of the deadline for updates.
Sunday, March 6 is the deadline for submitting address changes to THS Foundation officials. Over 6,000 mailings will be prepared on Sunday, March 20 and for that reason, updates need to be submitted to prepare labels and correct the alumni database. Updates need to be submitted in writing to Foundation President Dr. John Holcomb at PO Box 185 or e-mailing them to Dr. Holcomb at [email protected].
Class representatives are being reminded of the March 20 mailing session with classes invited to bring along copies of their own letter for inclusion in the mailing to their class.
In addition, details on the respective reunions are needed by Tuesday, March 8 for insertion on the mass mailing letter. Those plans may be e-mailed to Foundation Secretary Steve Maxey at [email protected].
The 2016 Trenton High School alumni weekend activities are set for Sept. 2-4 with various all-school and individual class events planned.
