Judge Steven D. Hudson
James Fairchild, 21, Trenton, pleaded guilty to authorizing another to operate a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility and was fined $28.50 and $68.50 costs.
Jeremiah Hamilton, 23, Trenton, and Liberty Moutray, 42, Lee’s Summit, both pleaded guilty to an amended charge of defective equipment and were fined $200 and $68.50 costs.
Greg Papps, 47, Princeton, pleaded guilty to failure to register a motor vehicle annually with the Director of Revenue and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs.
Gregory E. Hoffman, 54, Trenton, had a charge of third degree domestic assault dismissed.
Monica L. Heumader, 24, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid driver’s license and was fined $250.50 and $116.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to no seat belt and was fined $10. Charges of driving while revoked and failure to secure a child under eight in booster seat were dismissed.
