City Meetings Planned

The Trenton City Council and its Finance Committee will be busy during the next two weeks with several meetings planned.
The Finance Committee is working on the city budget for next year and has planned meetings on Friday, Feb. 26; Wednesday, March 2; and Friday, March 4. All three meetings will be at noon at city hall.
The city council has two executive sessions planned, both to interview candidates for the Trenton Fire Chief’s position. The meetings will be on Tuesday, March 1 and 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, both at 5:30 p.m. at city hall. Four candidates will be interviewed. The position becomes vacant in July with the retirement of Chief Rick Morris.
