Associate Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Kylee J. Estes, 28, Kearney, and Jasmine R. Simmons, 19, Boonville, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with defective brakes and were fined $200 and $68.50 costs.
Associate Civil
Exchange Bank of Missouri vs. Charles and Kimberly Veatch. A consent judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $2,604. The case involved unlawful detainer.
Municipal Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Randi R. Spinnie, 29, Trenton, pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to serve seven days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. She is also to pay $41.50 costs.
Cindy K. Terry, 46, Trenton, pleaded guilty to having no valid driver’s license when required and was fined $250 and $41.50 costs.
Jordan M. Farmer, 19, Trenton, pleaded guilty to owning, keeping or harboring a vicious dog and was fined $300 and $41.50 costs.
Johnathan K. Hanson, Laredo, pleaded guilty to two counts of stealing and was fined $200 and $41.50 costs. He is also to pay $10 restitution to Casey’s General Store.
Jackson S. Anderson, 22, Trenton, pleaded guilty to stealing and was sentenced to serve 11 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with costs waived.
