Community Action Partnership of North Central Missouri (formerly Green Hills Community Action Agency) has a limited number of electric infrared heaters to give away to residents of their nine-county service area.
Residents who are over the age of 65 and income qualified are eligible to receive a heater. Some paperwork and documentation may be required to be approved.
