Building and Nuisance Board To Meet

The Building and Nuisance Board of the Trenton City Council will meet at 6 p.m. on Monday at city hall.
Items on the announced agenda include a declaration of nuisances for properties at 507 Main St., 1904 Lulu St. and 2211 Oak St.; a public hearing for properties at 111 W. 11th St., 309 W. 18th St., 1002 W. 14th St., 1314 Merrill St. and 1922 Oak St.; findings of fact on property at 120 Highland St. (trailer 19), 306 E. 10th Ct., 402 E. 17th St., 600 Normal St. and 3400 Serendipity Lane; certificate of existeance of a danagerous building at 1428 Chestnut St; discussion of the 2015-16 demolition project; and an update on current structures and nuisances.
