Linda Smith, Bobby L. Smith, Randy D. Wolf, Michael Wolf, Patricia Wolf, Susan Hogan, James Hogan vs. Peggy Ragan and Richard Ragan. The court entered a judgment in partition and ordered a sale of the property.
Tanya M. Hisel, 39, Trenton, pleaded not guilty to stealing and had her case for March 17.
Hayden R. McGill, 17, Trenton, pleaded guilty to two counts of second degree burglary, both class C felonies. Imposition of his sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for five years, with the special conditions that he pay $265 restitution and pay $100 to the Law Enforcement Restitution Fund
Jon F. Ashford, 35, St. Joseph, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to second degree burglary and third degree domestic assault. He is scheduled to appear in court again Feb. 11.
Kenneth Kincaid, 38, Trenton, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for five years and is to pay $200 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.
Dillion Q. Campbell, 23, address unknown, had his probation revoked on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. He is to serve five years in the Department of Corrections.
Kyle J. Hoyle, 28, Carlisle, IA, had his probation revoked on charges of burglary and forgery and was ordered to serve five years in the Department of Corrections on each charge, with the sentences to run concurrently.
Alexander J. Curtis, 18, Trenton, pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to commit second degree burglary. Imposition of his sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for five years. He is to pay $265 in restitution and $200 to the Law Enforcement Restitution Fund. A charge of possession of burglary tools was dismissed.
Samuel E. Anders, Jr., 37, Trenton, entered an Alford plea to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. Imposition of his sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for five years and is to pay $200 to the Law Enforcement Restitution Fund.
Kevin Bivens, 50, Brookfield, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. Imposition of his sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for five years. He is also to pay $200 to the Law Enforcement Restitution Fund. A charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license was dismissed.
Kathryne A. Ashworth, 30, Trenton, pleaded guilty to hindering prosecution of a felony and had imposition of her sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for two year.
Andrew D. Rash, 23, Trenton, had a charge of tampering with a motor vehicle dismissed.
Jonathan K. Hanson, 37, Laredo, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for five years and is to pay $200 to the Law Enforcement Restitution Fund. Charges of driving while intoxicated, displaying or possessing the motor vehicle plates of another, failing to register a motor vehicle annually and not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle were dismissed.
Brooke N. Marriott, 30, Trenton, pleaded guilty to second degree burglary and was sentenced to two years in the Department of Corrections. She is to pay restitution of $3,593.80.
Arron F. Waldrep, 26, Trenton, had his probation revoked and was ordered to serve five years in the Department of Corrections on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Charges of not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle, failing to register a motor vehicle, driving while revoked or suspended and possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana were dismissed.
Isaac J. Wattenbarger, 18, Trenton, had a one-day jury trial set for March 17 on charges of resisting arrest and second degree assault.
Gregory D. Baecht, 36, Trenton, had his probation revoked on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was ordered to serve five years in the Department of Corrections. The court retained jurisdiction for 120 days.
Municipal Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson

Jeremiah C.D. Brittain, 17, Jamesport, pleaded guilty to driving the wrong way on a one-way street and was fined $25.50 and $41.50 costs.
James T. Cull, 45, Kearney, pleaded guilty to failing to yield at a stop intersection and was fined $15.50 and $37.50 costs.
