For the second year in a row, the Trenton Hy-Vee store has received the Customer Experience Award in recognition of their excellence in customer service.
The award is one of six presented throughout the business’ service area and is one of two given in the western region. The second western region store to receive the honor is located in Columbia.
The Customer Experience Program is designed to evaluate customers’ shopping experiences. Stores are rated by trained customer experience analysts several times a month in areas such as conditions, employee image and customer satisfaction. The program provides stores with constant analytical feedback on how they are performing so they can make improvements each year.
For winning the award, full-time and part-time employees will receive a bonus for helping their store excel in customer service. Steve Busch is the store director at Trenton.
