Jan 6, 2016 | Headline News

The Trenton Police Department is asking for input from the community on improving delivery of police services and desired programs.
Chief Tommy Wright said he is seeking the community’s feedback on how the TPD can improve the way it does business as well as suggestions on what the community needs. The survey has been posted via a link through the Trenton Police Department’s Facebook account.
The survey will be available from now until Feb. 5 and all responses will be completely anonymous. Those who do not have access to a computer may come to the police department, located at 610 Main St. and request a paper copy for submission. The survey can be filled out and either dropped off at or mailed to the police department.
“The goal of the survey is to find out what the community believes the leading issues are, how to formulate a plan to address those issues and make a more seamless delivery of our services,” Wright said. “It will additionally help us in program development, manpower deployment and to ensure that our services provided are meeting the community’s needs and expectations”.
Anyone with questions is encouraged to contact Chief Wright at 660-359-5557 or via his email at [email protected].
