The following defendants waived their preliminary hearings and had their cases bound over to the Circuit Division, with arraignments set for Nov. 12: Samuel E. Anders, 36, Trenton, possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana; Kathryne A. Ashworth, 30, Trenton, hindering prosecution of a felony; Linda Chrisman, 52, Spickard, passing bad checks; Wilbur J. Roberts III, 31, Spickard, second degree assault; and Brandon Maberry, 17, Trenton, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, deliver or sell.
The following defendants waived their preliminary hearings and had their cases bound over to the Circuit Division, with arraignments set for Dec. 10: Shannon M. Brake, 38, Trenton, nonsupport; Scott Shaver, 35, Ludlow, nonsupport
Heidi M. Day, 29, Princeton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to endangering the welfare of a child. She waived her preliminary hearing and had her case bound over to the Circuit Division and is to appear in court Nov. 12.
