A dinner was prepared and served by the Hodge Presbyterian Church volunteers. After the dinner, the group assembled in the sanctuary for awards, which were given out for the educational/vocational programs that FFDD provided during the 2015 year. Awards were presented for participation and volunteers in fishing at the Barton Ag Campus, Mudcats Baseball attendance, Royals Forever attendance, perfect attendance, graduates of cooking Class 101 and attendance at the General John Pershing Balloon Derby and the museum.
Recognized as the 2015 Volunteer of the Year was Bert Winn.
