The Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors will hold their annual Trick or Treat Night for area youth on Monday, Oct 26 at the Rock Barn.
This free event is scheduled from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thirty-two businesses and organizations will be providing “tricks or treats” and youth taking part are encouraged to wear their Halloween clothing. There will be facepainting as well as an area in which photos will be taken. Each of the participating groups who have a decorated table will have their table judged, with prizes going to the top three winners.
An adult should accompany children attending the event. Those attending will be asked to line up at the gated area on the east side of the Rock Barn, with entrance being made through the north door inside the courtyard area. Having booths at this year’s trick-or-treat event will be Grundy County C2000/North Central Missouri Mental Health Center, Citizens Bank and Trust, Preceptor Nu chapter of Beta Sigma Phi, 4-D Tax Service, THS Mascots, Grundy County Health Department, Relaxation Therapy, Crow-Walker Insurance, Lockridge, Constant and Conrad, Wright Memorial Hospital, 5-Star Chiropractic, Coon Creek Church, ChiroSolutions, Washed Away Laundry, Carrie Clark, Royal Inn, Sunnyview Nursing Home, Farmers Bank of Northern Missouri, Hometown Pharmacy, ConAgra, Hy-Vee, the Trenton Kiwanis Club, Trenton Cinema, Doodlebug Daycare, North Central Missouri College, Preferred Family, Nana’s Closet, Grundy County-Jewett Norris Library, Black Silo, Tosha Wilson (face painting) and the Trenton Fire Department.
Others providing items for the event include Joe Brinser (Industrial Maintenance Supply), Lucky Dog Embroidery, Magnolias, Serve Link and KCP&L.
