James C. George, 85, Newtown, pleaded guilty to failing to drive on the right half of the roadway when the roadway was of sufficient width, resulting in an accident and was fined $77.50 and $68.50 costs.
The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center, with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
Nathan Bethards, Laredo, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $30.50. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Donavan Brewer, Michigan City, IN, pleaded guilty to careless and imprudent driving and was fined $80.50.
Mackenzie Harvey, Trenton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $55.50.
Toni Woodring, Gilman City, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $30.50.

Hayden R. McGill, 17, Trenton, pleaded guilty to violating the city’s curfew for minors and was fined $25.50 and $37.50 costs.
Tiffany R. Penney, 22, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $37.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Kathryne A. Ashburn, 30, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $37.50 costs.
James L. Houk, 42, Princeton, pleaded guilty to failing to carry a driver’s license while operating a motor vehicle and was fined $10.50 and $37.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle and was fined $25.50 and $37.50 costs.
Zarah C. Nickel, 17, Trenton, and Jeramiah C.D. Brittain, 17, Trenton, pleaded guilty to violating the city’s curfew for minors and were fined $25.50 and $37.50 costs. They also pleaded guilty to violating the restrictions on their driver’s licenses and were fined $75.50 and $37.50 costs.
Mackenzie L. Harvey, 19, Trenton, pleaded guilty to two nuisance violations and was fined $100 and $32.50 costs on each charge.
Blake C. Cox, 22, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to drive on the right half of the roadway, failing to stop for a stop sign and driving while intoxicated. Imposition of his sentences was suspended. He was ordered to pay $25.50 and $37.50 costs on the first charge, $10.50 and $37.50 on the second charge and $300 and $37.50 on the third charge. He is also to successfully complete the SATOP class.
Johnny R. Kauffman, Jamesport, pleaded guilty to property damage and was fined $50.50 and $37.50 costs.
Terrance Bush, Jr., 19, Trenton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $10.50 and $37.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to driving while suspended or revoked and was fined $75.50 and $37.50 costs.
