The Trenton Middle School volleyball team was victorious on Monday night in their final game of the season, defeating Kirksville on the road 25-10, 25-18. Trenton also took the B game, winning 21-25, 25-20 and 28-26.
The A team tallied a season-high 11 kills in its victory and finished the season at 8-1. The B team needed three sets and extra points in the third to pull out the win, but did just that, thanks to a pair of strong plays by Savannah Martin and Olivia Roberts that saved match points.
