“Bub” Clark

Forrest Arthur “Bub” Clark, a 63-year-old resident of Princeton, died on Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2015 at Princeton.
He was cremated under the direction of the Greenlee-Middleton Funeral Service of Princeton. The family will have a memorial visitation for family and friends from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 4, 2015 at the Princeton First Baptist Church. Inurnment of his cremains will be at a later date in the Hamilton Cemetery, west of Modena.
Mr. Clark was born on July 3, 1952 in Perry, IA, the son of Paul DeWayne and Virginia Viola Overton Clark. He moved with his family from Perry to rural Spickard in 1958. He graduated from Princeton High School in 1970. He worked as a bakery cook for many years in Cedar Rapids, IA, then returned to north central Missouri, where he cooked at the Feed Bunk Restaurant in Mercer and then at the Old Home Cafe in South Lineville, where he was employed at the time of his death.
He enjoyed cooking, baking, playing golf and was an avid reader.
He is survived by two sons, Paul Clark and his wife, Amanda of Perry and Ian Clark of Spickard; his mother, Virginia Clark of Spickard; one sister, Marsha Franklin and her companion, Russell Holt of Princeton; one brother, Mark Clark of Spickard; his longtime companion and friend, Kathy Delameter of Princeton; three grandchildren, Kayla, Trever and Riley Clark; a great-grandson, Quinn Diaz; one niece, Amy Clapham and one nephew, Aaron Franklin and his wife, Tisha, all of Princeton; and by many cousins, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father.
