Judge Steven D. Hudson

Richard D. Leeper, 36, Trenton, admitted violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of passing bad checks. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve the original sentence of 114 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for 67 days served.
Angela D. Robinson, 36, Meadville, had a charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia dismissed.
Scott E. Robinson, 36, Meadville, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $200 and $116.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and was fined $300 and $116.50 costs. Another charge of passing bad checks was dismissed.
Nathan B. Bethards, 34, Laredo, pleaded guilty to violating a protection order for an adult and was sentenced to serve 10 days in the Grundy County Detention Center and pay $116.50 costs.
Nathan C. Ward, Galt, pleaded guilty to possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and was fined $300 and $116.50 costs. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
Isaiah Lickteig, 17, Trenton, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for nine months and was ordered to pay $68.50 costs. A charge of displaying/possessing motor vehicle plates of another person was dismissed.
Arturo Lopez, 33, Colorado Springs, CO, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on the highway without a valid license and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs. Charges of not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway were dismissed.
Aleisha Shipley-Fair, 25, Trenton, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle to the left side of the roadway at or within 100 feet of an intersection and was fined $77.50 and $68.50 costs.
Robert L. Duncan, 60, Cameron, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $200 and $116.50 costs. He is also to pay restitution of $129.50 restitution through the prosecutor’s office.
Jade M. Mock, 28, Trenton, pleaded guilty to stealing without consent and was fined $200 and $116.50 costs. She is also to make $15 restitution.

Judge Steven D. Hudson

Kirby R. Stevens, 22, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to failing to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle and was fined $25.50 and $37.50 costs.
