The Sunnyview Foundation is conducting a fundraiser for year-round landscaping projects at Sunnyview Nursing Home and Apartments.
Donations are currently being accepted for the purchase of both Christmas lights and ornaments, with all money raised to be used for the landscaping efforts. A minimum donation of $25 will be accepted for lighting while $5 is the minimum donation for a Christmas ornament. The lighting and ornaments will be used for the nursing home and apartments tree during the Christmas holidays. A lighting ceremony at Sunnyview the evening of the Harvest Dinner on Friday, Nov. 20.
Donations can be made in honor of a resident or loved one and will be accepted until Friday, Nov. 13. Persons wanting to make a donation can contact the nursing home. They can also be taken or mailed to 1311 E. 28th St., Trenton, MO 64683.
