Michael S. Spangler, 41, Prior Lake, MN, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $200 and $68.50 cost.
Shane L. Robbins, 23, Unionville, pleaded guilty to failing to display valid plates on a motor vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Having charges of not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle dismissed were Dekota M.C. Jarman, 22, Princeton; and Burnam W. Schneiderheinze, 37, Trenton.
The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center, with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were John Ashford, Jr., Chilicothe; Jason Strouse, Jamesport; and Joseph Wilcoxson, Trenton.
Alexandra Foster, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $30.50.
Darlene James, Belton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $80.50.
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $30.50 were Patrick McGee, Laredo; Tammy Moore, Oak Grove; Bailey Mullin, Altoona, IA; Dawn Olson, Princeton; and Glen Whipkins, Stover.
Stanley Perry, Village Loch Lloyd, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $55.50.
John Reed, Tindall, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $30.50. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.

Teresa L. Oyler, 56, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to yield at a stop intersection and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs.
