Misty L. Smith, 40, Kansas City, KS, pleaded guilty to driving while revoked and was fined $150.50 and $116.50 costs.
John Wolf, 59, Grandview, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $200, $116.50 costs and $119.17 restitution to the prosecutor’s office.
Christopher M. Biggs, 25, Kearney, pleaded guilty to two counts of identity theft and was sentenced to serve 15 days in the Grundy County Detention Center on each count, with the sentences to run concurrently.
James E. Harding, 28, Trenton, appeared in court owing $400 and $116.50 costs and a $25 late fee on a charge of hindering prosecution. The amount owed was converted to 54 days in the Grundy County Detention Center.
Jade M. Mock, 28, Trenton, pleaded guilty to first degree trespassing and was fined $50.50 and $116.50 costs.
Ryan P. Trombley, 30, Trenton, had his preliminary hearing held on a charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. The court found that a felony offense has been committed and that the defendant may have committed it. His case was bound over to the Circuit Division, with arraignment set for Nov. 15.
Dale McPherson, Trenton, pleaded guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement to domestic assault. He was sentenced to serve 14 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. He is also to pay $116.50 costs.
Nathaniel A. Lewellen, 34, Trenton, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Colten R. McClure, 23, Trenton, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $200 and $116.50 costs and total restitution of $151.50.
