Matthew Houser, 29, Gallatin, had a case involving driving while revoked/suspended dismissed.
Stephan Elliott vs. Director of Revenue. The case, involving administrative review, was dismissed by the court with costs taxed to Elliott.
Dorothy Archuleta, 30, Spickard, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of misdemeanor passing bad checks and had imposition of her sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for two years and was ordered to pay $200 to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund and $116.50 costs. She is also to pay restitution of $193.
Nathan J. Mix, Wheeling, pleaded guilty to driving while revoked or suspended and was fined $150.50 and $116.50 costs.
Kimbra Mullenix, 46, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a motor vehicle with defective equipment and was fined $200 and $68.50 costs.
The following defendants pleaded guilty to their charges and paid their fines through the Fine Collection Center, with their names provided to the Republican-Times:
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $55.50 were Stephen Allen, Goodyear, AZ; Collin Donoho, Chillicothe; Courtney Hattesohl, Trenton; and Michael Satterthwaite, Evanston, WY.
Leighton Fletchall, Trenton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $155.50.
Devon Hand, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Nathan Shilt, Liberty, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $80.50.
Edward Poe, Princeton, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $30.50. He pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Susan Reed, Sedalia, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $30.50.
Civil Court
Calvary SPV I LLC vs. Aaron McAtee and Becky McAtee. The court entered a judgement in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $17,593.07. The case involved a suit on account.
