Shon Muff vs. Muff’s Bakery, North Missouri Logistics, Stephen C. Muff and Shelly Muff. The plaintiff has filed a petition for damages, alleging breach of contract.
National Collegiate Student Loan vs. Aaron B. McAtee. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $29,325.66.
Myric W. DenHartog vs. Kenneth V. Whitt. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the petitioner, who sought to quiet a title.
Harold J. Stiner, 54, Trenton, had a jury trial set for Aug. 26 on a charge of non-support. Charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, careless and imprudent driving and not wearing a seat belt dismissed.
Jonathon A. McAtee, 29, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to resisting arrest and had his case set for Aug. 2.
Timothy Harding, 31, Trenton, pleaded guilty to stealing and was sentenced to serve six years in the Department of Corrections. He also pleaded guilty to possession of burglary tools and was sentenced to serve four years in the Department of Corrections, with the sentences to run consecutively. Charges of burglary, tampering with a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of a firearm were dismissed.
Lois E. Crouse, 40, Trenton, had charges of possession of a controlled substance, not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle and not wearing a seat belt dismissed.
William Calivere, 26, Trenton, had his probation revoked on a charge of invasion of privacy of multiple individuals and was ordered to serve four years in the Department of Corrections.
Robert Shoemaker, 52 Laredo, had imposition of his sentence suspended on a charge of unlawful use of a weapon, to which he had earlier pleaded guilty. He was placed on probation for five years.
Michelle Harding, 33, Trenton, had her probation revoked on two counts of passing bad checks and was sentenced to serve four years in the Department of Corrections on each count, with the sentences to run concurrently.
Matt J. Gaunt, 44, Trenton, waived his preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to driving while revoked. He is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 28.
Kimberly S. McCracken, 43, Laredo, waived her preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. She is scheduled to appear in court again Aug. 28.
Dallas L. Hanes, 22, Trenton, had his probation continued with special conditions, including the extension of his probation for one year. His original charge was forgery.
Miles D. Knapp, 22, Trenton, had his probation continued with special conditions, including the extension of probation for one year and 60 days of shock time, with credit given for time served. His original charge was attempted distribution of a controlled substance.
David Phillips, 56, Cainsville, had his probation revoked on an original charge of passing bad checks and was ordered to serve four years in the Department of Corrections with the court retaining jurisdiction for 120 days.
