Mary L. Adamson, an 81-year-old resident of Princeton, died on Sunday morning, June 28, 2015 at Pearls II Eden For Elders in Princeton.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at the Spickard Masonic Cemetery in Spickard with Rev. Gene Schreffler officiating.
A family visitation will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at the Slater Funeral Home in Trenton.
Mrs. Adamson was born on March 9, 1934 in Moline, IL, the daughter of Gerhart and Marie Bjurstrom. She graduated from Moline High School.
She was married to Forest Foster, who preceded her in death.
Her survivors include two daughters, Pam Stark and her husband, Richard of Mercer and Cindy Edwards of Spickard; two sons, Austin Foster of Princeton and Larry Foster; two step-sons, Lloyd Foster of Hillsdale, IL and Forest “Bud” Foster of Jacksonville, FL; five grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one son, Billy Foster; one sister, Pat Krueger; and two brothers, Bob Bjurstrom and Don Bjurstrom.
Memorials are suggested to the Mary Adamson Memorial Fund and may be left at the funeral home.
