Programs Planned At Library

Two upcoming children’s events are being held as part of the Summer Reading Program at the Grundy County-Jewett Norris Library.
On July 1, the Tiny Tykes story time will be held at 9:30 a.m., with children in grades preschool through second visiting with Trenton Police Chief Tommy Wright at 10 a.m.
On July 7, juggler Brian Wending will present a free program at 10:30 a.m. for all ages in the Hoover Theater, located at the library. The award-winning juggler will tell the story behind each of his spinning, bouncing, balancing, teetering, tossing props in his uniquely high-energy way. Those attending do not need to be participants in the summer reading program.
