Wyatt A. Wigal, 20, Bethany, pleaded guilty to driving while revoked or suspended and was fined $150.50 and $116.50 costs.
Richard D. Leeper, 36, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs.
Aaron F. Waldrep, 26, Laredo, pleaded guilty to abandoning a vehicle and was fined $100.50 and $68.50 costs.
Andy L. Burress, 40, Trenton, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle with vision-reducing material applied not in compliance dismissed.
Cole W. Wright, 32, Trenton, pleaded guilty to driving while revoked or suspended and was sentenced to serve three days in the Grundy County Detention Center and is to pay $300 to the Grundy County Law Enforce-ment Fund and $116.50 costs. A charge of failing to display valid plates on a motor vehicle was dismissed.
Kimberly S. McCracken, 35, Trenton, waived her preliminary hearing and had her case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. She is scheduled to appear in court again July 10.
Sheena Anderson, 19, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second degree endangering the welfare of a child. She was sentenced to serve 30 days in the Grundy County Detention Center with no credit given for time served. Execution of the sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for two years. She was ordered to serve 73 days shock time, with credit given for time served and is to pay $116.50 costs. She is also to consent to a search of her person and vehicle if requested by a law enforcement officer or probation officer.
Norman Leaky, 33, Ludlow, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $200, $116.50 costs and $423.46 restitution. Two others counts of passing bad checks were dismissed.
J.R. Lewis Archuleta, 32, Spickard, had a charge of not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle dismissed.
