Mothers of Preschoolers of Green Hills (MOPS) held its first coffee and canvas fundraiser on Tuesday, June 9, at the KCP&L building. Instructor Tosha Wilson shared her love of painting and demonstrated step by step how to transform a blank canvas into a personalized acrylic. Everyone walked away with their own painting. The next coffee and canvas will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 25 at the KCP&L building. Tickets are $25 and include all needed supplies.
