Michelle L. Etter, a 46-year-old resident of 606 W. Crowder Road in Trenton, died on Monday morning, June 22, 2015 at Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton.
The body was cremated under the direction of Slater Funeral Home, Trenton. A celebration of life service will be held later.
Mrs. Etter, was born on Dec. 2, 1968 in Newton, IA, the daughter of Robert Lee and Martha Jane McNew Guthrie. She attended Newton schools and graduated from Colorado Tech School with a master’s degree in taxation.
She was married in Newton, IA on Feb. 8, 1985 to Danny Etter, who survives of the home.
She is also survived by three daughters, Roxanne Wheeler and her husband, Paul of Des Moines, IA, Danielle Etter of Trenton and Carrie Stilley and her husband, John of Sully, IA; three sons, Johnathan Etter and his wife, Deneal of Sully, Dustin Etter and his wife, Brittany of Trenton and Tyler Daniel Etter of Trenton; one brother, Robert Guthrie and his wife, Tonya of Newton; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Brian Guthrie.
