The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on two requests during a meeting at 7 p.m. on Monday, July 6.
The first hearing is for RDM Investments regarding a subdivision of property located at 1033 W. Crowder Road. Under city ordinance, when a portion of an existing property is sold, a hearing is required in front of the planning and zoning commission. This is refered to as a minor subdivision in the city code.
The second hearing is for Cathy Brown, who is seeking a 15-foot variance on the front yard setback requirement of 25 feet to allow her to build an 8-foot by 10-foot deck on the front of her house at 1502 Scott St.
