Upward Bound Program Does Community Service

Building Code Enforcement Officer Donnie Vandevender said that it has been brought to his attention that the general public is not aware of a requirement that all subdivisions or re-subdivisions of lots or land within the city limits of Trenton must be presented by application and approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission as a minor or major subdivision plat.
The requirement is a portion of City Zoning Ordinance Section #400.152. Applications and any needed information is available at Trenton City Hall or contacting Vandevender at 359-2013.
