The North Central Missouri College Foundation Board honored outgoing officers and elected new officers during their annual joint meeting earlier this month with the NCMC Board of Trustees.
Phil Hamilton served as president for the past four years and Gloria Carpenter was honored as outgoing secretary. Foundation Director Teresa Cross thanked both Hamilton and Carpenter for their time and dedication.
“We appreciate everything Mr. Hamilton and Mrs. Carpenter have done as Foundation officers for the Board, for NCMC, and for our students,” she said. “We are happy to have them continue as members of our foundation board.”
The new slate of officers for the NCMC Foundation Board include Cathy Bailey, president; Scott Wilson, vice president; Tricia Key, secretary; Julia Ashbrook, assistant secretary; Cara Farmer, treasurer; and Wendell Lenhart, assistant treasurer.
Re-elected to serve on the board from 2015 to 2018 are Gary Black, Steve Busch, Bruce Constant, Jeff Crowley, Phyllis Dible, Jean Peace and Paul Steele. Those serving terms through 2016 include Bill Bear, Gloria Carpenter, Maureen Funk, Allen Seidel, Michael Poland and Brent Wyant. Board members serving terms through 2017 are Harry Bratton, Nan Carter, Chris Hoffman, Glenda Homedale, Gary Jordan and Mack Woodard.
