Judge Steven D. Hudson
Nathan M. Koon, 20, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of resisting arrest and was fined $500 and $116.50 costs. He was also ordered to serve one day in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for one day served.
Tyler L. Tucker, 19, Kansas City, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $51.50 and $68.50 costs.
Mariah L. Elliott, Kansas City, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of speeding and was fined $300 and $68.50 costs.
Katey J. Orndorff, 28, Kirksville, waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to one count of passing bad checks. She was fined $200, $116.50 costs and is to make $985 restitution. Two other counts of passing bad checks were dismissed.
Gregory D. Baecht, 35, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in court June 11.
Matt J. Gaunt, 43, Trenton, waived formal arraignment and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of driving while revoked. He is scheduled to appear in court July 10.
Beulah M. Nichols, 47, Stewartsville, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed.
Skyler H. Sparks, 21, Galt, had a charge of trespassing dismissed.
Michael A. Shoemaker, 31, Galt, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of speeding and was fined $300 and $68.50 costs.
Bently V. Ralston, 37, Trenton, waived his preliminary hearing on two counts of stealing and had arraignment set for June 11.
Mason D. Stearns, 23, Grandview, had his preliminary hearing held with the court finding probable cause that a felony had been committed and that the defendant may have committed it. His case on a charge of possession of a controlled substance was bound over to the Circuit Division, with arraignment set for July 10.
Jonathan A. McAtee, 29, Trenton, had his preliminary hearing held and the court found that there was probable cause to believe a felony had been committed and that the defendant may have committed it. His case on a charge of resisting arrest was bound over to the Circuit Division, with arraignment set for July 20.
