A Trenton woman is among those named to the president’s honor list for the spring semester at William Penn University in Oskaloosa, IA.
Tristan Dugan was named to the list for earning a 3.9 grade point average or higher on a 4.0 scale. She is a freshman and the daughter of Ward and Angela Dugan of Trenton.
