Road Work This Week

The Missouri Department of Transportation will be doing road work in the area this week.
In Grundy County, Spraying will done throughout th week on Highways 65 and 6 along with sign operations on Routes N, NN, Z and E and drainage work on Routes A, NN and O. There will also be pothole patching on Route K from Highway 65 to Route E. From Wednesday through Friday, crews will be doing shoulder work on Highway 6 from Highway 146 to the Harrison County line.
In Mercer County, bridge maintenance will take place on the West Muddy Creek Bridge on Highway 136 throughout the week along with pothole patching on Highways 136 and 139 and sign operations on various routes.
Work in Daviess County includes pothole patching on Highways 69, 13 and 190 as well as Interstate 35; brushcutting on Highways 69, 6, 13 and 190; drainage work on Highway 69 and Routes B, C, K and V; and spraying on various routes.
Work in Livingston County includes pothole patching on Route K from Highway 65 to Route F will be closed from Route C to the Carroll County line on May 19, Highway 139 will be closed from Route H to the Chariton County line on May 20 and Route Z will be closed from Highway 65 to Route C on May 21, all for culvert replacement. Work will take place each day from 8 to 11:30 a.m.
