Wright Memorial Hospital and the Grundy County Health Department are once again working together to offer free sports physicals for all area students planning to participate in athletic and cheerleading activities in the 2015-2016 school year.
The free physicals will be offered on May 19 and 21 from 3-6 p.m. each day at the Wright Memorial Physicians’ Clinic. Students will need to bring a MSHSAA form from their local school with a parent signature. No appointments will be made and students will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
