WMH Honors Employee Of The Month

Apr 23, 2015 | Headline News

Chanel Lovell, RN II, in maternity services at Wright Memorial Hospital, was honored as the hospital's Employee of the Quarter for first quarter of 2015. The award was presented to Lovell at a ceremony held in her honor. The Employee of the Quarter Award honors an employee who provides exemplary service, going beyond the call of duty to support fellow employees or to comfort or assist patients and their families. In her nomination form, Lovell's co-workers said, “This employee is a leader in exemplifying teamwork and is always willing to help out in any department that she is needed. She doesn’t overlook any opportunity to help out a fellow co-worker and is an extremely valuable resource. She is confident in her work and provides quality care to each patient who walks through the doors of the hospital. She is a great mentor and is always striving to improve her work. She exceeds her job expectations and is a strong leader.” In recognition of the award, Ms. Lovell received an Employee of the Quarter certificate, the parking space of her choice for three months, three e-store vouchers, a gift certificate to the hospital gift shop and will have her name posted on the Employee of the Quarter wall plaque.
