Century 21 Real Estate LLC recently recognized Glenda Johnson, Greg Freeman and Melissa Purkapile of CENTURY 21 for 2014 sales production during their 20-year birthday bash and awards banquet in Chillicothe. Ms. Johnson, a sales affiliate with the Chillicothe office, was honored with the Masters Diamond Award as a top producer nationwide, producing over $190,000 in adjusted gross commission. Broker and President Freeman was recognized with the Centurion Award for closing over 90 sales and was also honored as a member of the Preferred Agent Club for being in the top three for sales in the region. The Ruby Masters Award was presented to Mrs. Purkapile as a top-producer nationwide, closing a minimum of 33 transaction sales within the year. Company Awards given for the Trenton office included Million Dollar Award, Carolyn Brown, Chris Betz and Troy Smith; Two Million Dollar Award, Chuck Veatch; Three Million Dollar Award, Mike Johnson; Four Million Dollar Award, Mrs. Purkapile; and Six Million Dollar Award, Freeman. All agents were recognized for their hard work and dedication, contributing to the overall success of CENTURY 21 Smith & Associates, which saw overall company sales volume of over $38 million for 2014.
