The Missouri Department of Conservation and Quail Forever will co-host an informational meeting about the benefits of a prescribed burn association on Saturday, April 25 at 3 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Mildred B. Litton Building near Chillicothe.
Prescribed burn association is an organized group of landowners that work together to conduct prescribed burns to improve the quality of grasslands and woodlands.
