Students Participate In Water Festival

Water festivals are produced statewide each spring by the University of Missouri Extension to provide water quality education for fifth grade students and are designed to give students classroom instruction and hands-on experience about environmental issues. Students from Grundy County schools participated, including fifth graders from Trenton Middle School, pictured above, who were observing operations of a stream table. Agriculture and natural resources students at North Central Missouri College also assisted with the event.
