Christina L. Baker, Trenton, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $200, $116.50 costs and $83.19 restitution.
Christopher G. Hilt, 30, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on a charge of operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license (third and subsequent offense) and had his arraignment set for March 12.
Jace C. Cockrell, 22, Grandview, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to the Circuit Division on charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving while revoked or suspended. Arraignment was set for March 12.
Fredrick J. Gregory, 49, Lineville, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with defective brakes and was fined $200 and $68.50 costs.
Christopher L. Glidewell, 25, Trenton, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $200, $116.50 costs and is to pay $140.26 restitution.
Amy Cook, 37, Gallatin, pleaded guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement, to one count of passing bad checks, with two other counts dismissed. She was fined $200, $116.50 costs and is to pay $382.91 restitution.
Caitlin White, 22, Galt, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $200, $116.50 costs and is to pay $322.26 restitution.
Rachel A. Bruner, 31, Trenton, pleaded guilty to one count of passing bad checks, with two other counts dismissed. She was fined $200 and $116.50 costs.
Devon A. Hand, 29, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $200 and $116.50 costs. He is also to pay $388.32 restitution. Two other counts were dismissed.
Jesse Ingraham, 29, Trenton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of resisting arrest. He was sentenced to serve 30 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. He is also to pay $116.50 costs.
Ashley N. Hale, 25, Gilman City, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10. A charge of failing to stop for a stop sign was dismissed.
Kelsey R. Ward, 20, Trenton, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner and was fined $77.50 and $68.50 costs.
Robert A. Brandon, 32, Trenton, pleaded guilty to first degree trespassing and second degree property damage and was sentenced to serve 28 days in the Grundy County Detention Center on each count, with the sentences to run concurrently. He is also to pay $180 restitution and $116.50 costs. He is also to pay a bond supervision fee of $80. A charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
