Trent M. Dredge, 19, Trenton, and Betty K. Foster, 49, Laredo, had charges of not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle dismissed.

Judge Steven D. Hudson
Kirby R. Stevens, 21, Trenton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $10.50 and $37.50 costs. The defendant also pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $37.50 costs.
