James D. Edwards, 31, Spickard, pleaded guilty to failing to use proper child restraint and was fined $50.50 and $37.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to defective equipment and was fined $15.50 and $37.50 costs.
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $10.50 and $37.50 costs were Charles N. Veatch, 65, Trenton; Tara B. Hoffman, 29, Trenton; and Andrea J. Copeland, 19, Trenton.
