The Board of Adjustments of the Trenton City Council will hold a hearing on Monday, March 2 to hear property variance requests.
Donnie Vandevender is seeking a five-foot variance on the city’s front yard setback requirements and a 68 square foot variance on the minimum ground floor area to allow him to construct a duplex on property at 606 and 608 Normal St. in Trenton. The hearing will be at 7 p.m. at city hall.
