Danny Simons, a 67-year-old resident of Sheridan, CO, died on Wednesday, Feb.11, 2015 at his daughter’s residence in Chillicothe.
There will be no services held at this time. Lindley Funeral Home of Chillicothe is in charge of arrangements.
Danny was born on Nov. 20, 1947 in Denver, CO, the son of Pete and Ella Wymeyer Simons. He owned and operated Dan’s Sports Tavern in Sheridan for many years.
Survivors include his wife, Earlene Simons; one son, Danny (Travis) Simons of Kansas City; two daughters, Tonya Willcuts of Chillicothe and Tamra Attwood of Lake Arrowhead, CA; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Eddie and Larry Simons of Englewood, CO; one sister, Diana Hancock of Englewood; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Darrell Lee Simons.
