Scott T. Sanson, 42, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a motor vehicle with defective brakes and was fined $200 and $68.50 costs.

Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $30.50 were Devin Burkhiser, Unionville; Jonathon Lawinger, Gallatin; and Jeremy Yoder, Arthur, IL.
Nathaniel Campbell, Columbia, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $55.50. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Donavan Hawkins, Trenton, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Brandy Knapp, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle and was fined $30.50.
