Kari Branstetter, 21, Kirksville, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was sentenced to three months of probation. She is also to pay $116.50 costs and pay $680.91 restitution. Another charge of passing bad checks was dismissed.
Lisa A. Tobias, 37, Meadville, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $200 and $116.50 costs. She is also to pay $202.93 restitution.
Patricia J. Chipps, 47, Trenton, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $200 and $116.50 costs. Two other charges of passing bad checks were dismissed.
Kelsey R. Joiner, 17, Spickard, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $151.50 and $68.50 costs. A charge of not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle was dismissed.
Beth A. Davis, 50, Shawnee, KS., pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $51.50 and $68.50 costs.
Tayler R. Vandever, 24, Princeton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $151.50 and $68.50 costs. The defendant pleaded guilty to following another vehicle too closely and was fined $52.50 and $68.50 costs and had a charge of not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle dismissed.
Isaac J. Wattenbarger, 17, Trenton, pleaded guilty to operating an all-terrain vehicle on the highway without taillamps and was fined $27.50 and $68.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to failing to yield to an emergency vehicle and was fined $50.50 and $68.50 costs.
Brandon L. Dolan, 21, Trenton, pleaded guilty to one count of pursuing/taking/kil-ling/possessing/disposing of wildlife illegally and was fined $285.50 and $91.50 costs. Four other wildlife charges were dismissed.
Mason W. Croy, 20, Trenton, pleaded guilty to pursuing/taking/killing/possessing/disposing of wildlife illegally and was fined $285.50 and $91.50 costs. Five other wildlife charges were dismissed.
Scotty F. Dolan, 22, Trenton, pleaded guilty to pursuing/taking/killing/possessing/disposing of wildlife illegally and was fined $285.50 and $91.50 costs.
Aaron D. Kelley, 25, Trenton, pleaded guilty to violating a protection order for an adult and was sentenced to serve 15 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for time served. He is to pay $116.50 costs.
