Milda Marie Singleton, an 86-year-old resident of Chillicothe, died on Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2015, at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2015 at the Lindley Funeral Home in Chillicothe. Burial will be at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Chillicothe.
General visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 12, 2015 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Singleton was born on May 2, 1928 in Czechoslovakia, the daughter of Michael and Margaret Nasser. She was married in Weiden, Germany on Nov. 27, 1954 to Alfred Singleton, who survives of the home. They moved to Chillicothe in 1957.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one sister, Freda Annaseski of Nuremberg, Germany; a brother-in-law, Richard Singleton of Laredo; two sisters-in-law, Jean Crose and her husband, Leon of Berea, OH and Lois Scoppettuoco of Sun City Center, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
