The Pleasant View R-6 Board of Education will be looking for a new superintendent next school year following the resignation of current superintendent Tiffany Otto.
During a special meeting on Tuesday night, the board accepted Mrs. Otto’s resignation, effective at the end of the current school year. She has accepted the position of middle school principal at Gallatin, beginning her duties on Aug. 1.
The board will be taking applications for the administrator’s position until Wednesday, Jan. 28. Interviews will take place in early February.
