Two Trenton women and their children were involved in a one-vehicle accident Tuesday night on NW 22nd Ave., one mile north of Trenton.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a car driven by Jennifer Saul, 19, was southbound when it went out of control on the gravel roadway and off the east side of the roadway, striking a ditch. The vehicle had been moved before law enforcement officials arrived.
Ms. Saul and a passenger, 17-year-old Danielle Etter, did not seek medical treatment. Their children, Ruger Etter and Riggen Hatfield, both age one, were taken by private vehicle to Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton for treatment of possible injuries. None were listed on the report.
The vehicle received minor damage.
The accident was investigated by Sgt. Joe Rongey.
