The Hy-Vee Food Store in Trenton is one of six stores receiving the 2014 Hy-Vee Customer Experience Award in recognition of its excellence in customer service.
This is the first time ever this award has been presented, with recipients chosen based on ratings by trained customer experience analysts made each month in the areas such as conditions, employee image and customer satisfaction. The Trenton store was chosen in the company’s Western District along with the Lenox Village Hy-Vee in Lincoln, NE. Other stores chosen were located in Iowa, Illinois and two in Minnesota. Full- and part-time employees from each of the top-rated stores will receive a bonus for helping their store excel in customer experience. Steve Busch is the Trenton store director.
