Dec 3, 2014 | Headline News

A Princeton woman received moderate injuries in a one-vehicle accident on Tuesday morning in Mercer County.
Brenda Sinclair, 48, was taken by ambulance to Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton for treatment of her injuries. The Missouri State Highway Patrol said she was the driver of a vehicle that was northbound on Route A, one mile north of Modena, when the passenger side tires dropped off the roadway. The vehicle was pulled into a steep ditch and overturned before re-entering the roadway and skidding across the road on its roof. The vehicle then traveled off the west side of the road, coming to rest in a ditch on its top. The vehicle was demolished.
The accident was investigated by Sgt. Doug Little, assisted by Cpl. J.A. Pithan, Trooper Q.R. McConkey and Mercer County First Responders.
