Minor Mishap At Ninth and Harris

The Trenton Police Department investigated a minor accident Nov. 21 near the intersection of Ninth Street and Harris Avenue.
According to Officer Jeb Walker’s report, the mishap occurred when Kaylee A. Lickteig of Trenton was eastbound on Ninth Street, stopped in traffic behind a truck driven by Jacob A. Meservey, also of Trenton. Ms. Lickteig thought Meservey had started moving forward and took her foot off the brake as she was reaching for an item on her dash. Her car struck Meservey’s truck, causing damage to the front bumper of the car. There was no damage to Meservey’s truck.
No injuries were reported and no tickets were issued.
